Random 8-Bit Characters

This was something I made last week out of boredom, featuring the protagonists of thirty-one different anime, manga, and video game series alike. Each character was created on a 16 by 16 pixel grid, while trying to make them resemble as close as possible to the original characters. The 8-Bit rule, the limiting of each character to only three or four different colors, is ignored here. The sprites are styled after the sprites of the main character from Famicom Jump: Hero Retsuden.
